El gobernador Mariano Arcioni presidió una entrega de vehículos destinados a la Agencia Provincial de Seguridad Vial (APSV ) y a la Policía del Chubut.
El acto tuvo lugar en la explanada de la Jefatura de Policía de Rawson, estuvo enmarcado en el ‘Plan Operativo de Seguridad Provincial’, mediante el cual ya se entregaron más de 250 móviles a dependencias policiales de toda la Provincia.
Luego de la entrega simbólica de llaves, Mariano Arcioni señaló que:
«No es reiterativo cuando hay que marcar todo el trabajo que hay detrás de cada gestión; cuando se pone un rumbo como en este caso las políticas públicas de seguridad. Es cierto lo que decía (el ministro de Seguridad) Miguel Castro , hay que reiterarlo porque hoy parece que hay muchos que tienen la solución a todo, y no ven todo el esfuerzo que todos y cada uno de ustedes ponen en las rutas y en las calles».
«Ojalá que la próxima gestión, sea quien sea, pueda al menos igualar lo que fue esta gestión del ministro Castro y la Jefatura de Policía porque la vocación, la dedicación y el compromiso y la actitud que tuvieron para con todo el pueblo de Chubut es para destacar, soy un agradecido para con todos ustedes», puntualizó.
Licitación Mariano Arcioni mencionó que «seguimos equipando a la fuerza, y próximamente estamos llamando a una licitación por 100 millones de pesos que es justamente para todos los elementos y herramientas tecnológicas que necesita la fuerza para la Agencia, el Centro de Monitoreo y demás».
Expresó que «seguimos trabajando y ustedes saben muy bien que nos tocaron momentos duros, pero jamás bajamos los brazos; siempre trabajando porque sabíamos que teníamos que revertir una situación y jamás nos victimizamos en nada».
Agregó que «nuestra responsabilidad es llegar con soluciones, no quejarnos porque si nos vamos a quejar entonces muchachos no se presenten porque la situación siempre va a ser delicada y siempre van a tener mucho trabajo por realizar».
